Bethenny Frankel Reprimanded in Court for Wearing Daughter's PJs

Bethenny Frankel might want to work on her comedy routine.

The former star of The Real Housewives of New York City, 43, was reprimanded in court Thursday for something she did to be funny: posting a photo of herself to Instagram wearing 4-year-old daughter Bryn's Hello Kitty pajamas. When Frankel shared the image in July, she added the caption, "This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?" The snapshot immediately caused a stir, with Frankel later explaining via Twitter, "BREAKING NEWS! World Scandal: Former reality star, failed talk show host & cocktail maven jokes by wearing her kids' pjs! #itcantbetrue." 

Well, one of the people who thought it was strange happened to be a friend of Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ellen Gesmer, who presided over a court session involving Frankel and her ex, Jason Hoppy....

Joe Giudice Sentenced to 41 Months in Prison, Teresa Receives 15 Months for Bankruptcy and Mail Fraud

The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple appeared in federal court in Newark on Thursday to be sentenced for bankruptcy, mail, and wire fraud. U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salasgave ordered Joe to serve 41 months in prison, while Teresa was sentenced to 15. Joe was fined $10,000 and they both must pay back $414,588 in loans that they illegally obtained. The couple, who are parents to four daughters under 13, will have staggered sentences with Teresa going to jail first so that one parent can always be with the children.

Teresa must surrender for her 15-month prison sentence on Jan. 5, which will allow her to spend the holidays with her kids.

Selena Gomez certainly started donning sexier styles after leaving Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place, but one of her former co-stars isn't thrilled with her new persona.

Jeff Garlin, who played Uncle Kelbo on the Disney Channel show, had some harsh words to say about the 22-year-old's image during his chat with HuffPost Live. "I worked with [Gomez] for three years, and I love her. She is, at least in terms of what I saw, a great kid," Garlin prefaced.

"But then I see her sexualized. When I see her sexualized, I look at her, and I look at this Ariana Grande... Both beautiful girls, but they have baby fat! They look like kids!"
